  • Business Information: Restaurant or business name, liquor license serial number(s)

  • Contact Information: Email address, phone number (if you opt into SMS alerts)

  • Account Information: Subscription and payment details (processed securely by Stripe)

  • Usage Data: Records of alerts sent and license status checks

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Monitor your liquor license status on the NYSLA C.O.D. list

  • Send you SMS and/or email alerts when your license status changes

  • Process your subscription payments

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve and maintain our Service

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Service:

  • Stripe: To process subscription payments

  • Telnyx: To deliver SMS alerts

  • SendGrid: To deliver email alerts

  • Google Apps Script / Google Cloud: To run our monitoring automation and store subscription data

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your subscription is active. Once you cancel your subscription, we will remove your phone number and license details from our active monitoring system within 30 days. We may retain limited records (such as billing history) for accounting and legal purposes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access, correct, or delete your information

  • Opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP

  • Cancel your subscription at any time

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
